DELAYS/MISSING PACKAGES

Delays: Shipping delays are completely in the hands of the shipping carrier. For any concerns with a delay after you have received your tracking number, please contact the carrier for all questions.

 

Missing packages: Make sure all your delivery information is correct before you checkout. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect addresses or missing packages. For further information on your package you will have to contact your local FedEx, DHL , USPS or UPS office, as it is now in their hands.
