SHIPPING/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Shipping:  Our company ships out packages using FedEx,Dhl, usps and UPS. Please be aware that signature may be required at time of delivery. If nobody is available to retrieve or sign for your package, it will be sent back to the Postal service location and be re-attempted for delivery on the following business day.

 

Processing & Shipping: Please allow up 5-10 business days to process your payment. After your package is shipped out, you should receive your package in 2-4 business days. 

 

Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of this business. IF in any instance a refund is honored hair must be fully returned to our vendor. (Within 7 days of when your order was received).

  • We only replace an item and/or items if we have sent you the wrong item and/or items. To qualify for an exchange, everything must be in the same condition you received it in.
