business days include Mondays-Saturday excluding Sunday’s and holidays. 

shipping and delivery is 5-7 business Days  standard shipping 

The only instance where you would receive a product within 1-3 business days is if the item is “ready to ship”

 If your order is placed on a Friday at 7:50 P.M. that is NOT 1 WHOLE business day. Saturday at 7:50 P.M. would make 1 Whole business day.
